We will leave March 17 and return March 22.

TMB FLORIDA TRIP PARENT MEETING
When: Tuesday, August 10
Where: Owosso Performing Arts Center (PAC)
Who: All parents who have a student that intends to participate in the Florida trip should plan to attend this meeting. If you are unable to attend, please contact your student's band director. Students are welcome to attend but not required.
What: We will discuss the tentative itinerary, trip cost/payment schedule, rules for participants, rooming procedure and document, FAQ, etc. You will have the opportunity to ask questions and get information directly from the band directors and tour company director.
I can't make it to this meeting. Will there be another one? At this time, a "make up" meeting is not intended to be scheduled.
Can my child still participate in the trip if I cannot attend this meeting? Yes. However, you are responsible for obtaining the payment schedule and making payments to secure their trip on your own. You are also responsible for obtaining and being informed on the rules for participants, rooming document, itinerary and any other forms or information needed on your own.

First payment is due SEPTEMBER 7 and must be a DEPOSIT - you cannot use your trip fund or any other scholarship/sponsorship for this payment.
