Photo info for Tues. 8/17 Pictures will be on Tuesday 8/17. Students need to arrive at Willman field in full uniform, READY TO GO at 6PM. Mrs. Irelan will be available starting at 5PM for plume distribution and glove purchase($5/pair)
We will take a group photo and section photos with all students. Students who are participating in an OHS group (athletics, clubs, etc) other than band should plan to wear their jersey or similar under their band uniform for the "band-lete" collage photo as well. Senior photos will also be taken at this time. Individual pictures will be taken of ALL students so that parents may purchase if they choose.
Photos will be available for purchase online through Alternative Photography. More information coming soon.
We will rehearse at Willman with whatever time is remaining after photos until 8:30 PM as originally scheduled.
IF IT RAINS - we will take pictures on WEDNESDAY 8/18 at 3PM. Please plan accordingly.
TENTATIVE SCHEDULE 5-5:30 - get plumes and gloves 5:30-5:45 Line up in Block O 5:45-6:00 Perfect Block O 6:00-6:05 Block O pictures 6:05-6:20 Bandletes report with jersey/athletic apparel to tunnel? Endzone? Take YES YOU CAN picture. All others, start setting up section picture form. 6:20-6:50 - Bandletes join sections, take section pictures. When section done SENIORS and any one who needs individuals, report to tunnel. 7:15-? Rehearsal
