Time: Group photo will be taken at 6PM so be READY TO GO at 6PM in the Block O.
Itinerary/To Do List breakdown:
1. 5:30-5:55PM and after the Block O picture as needed - SENIORS will have their photos taken for the newspaper/program/"senior stuff" with Mrs. Shattuck
2. 5:30-5:55 PM and after the Block O full band picture as needed - ALL MEMBERS who would like individual photos taken for purchase should try to arrive early and get that picture done early if possible. If not possible, we will catch you after we take the Block O picture.
3. 5:55-5:59 PM - Set up the Block O.
6:00 PM - take the Block O picture
4. 6:??PM set up and take section photos.
5. 6:?? After section photos complete, remaining individuals wishing to purchase individual photos, return to the tunnel for individual photos.
SENIORS who still need individual photos taken, go see Mrs. Shattuck to complete that.
6. 6:?? - 8:30 Take off uniform, store in garment bag. Report to field for rehearsal of Riverdance and Carry On My Wayward Son
What do I wear? Your full TMB uniform (black men's oxford shoes, black crew/mid calf socks, spats, marching uniform pants and jacket, white gloves, hat and plume(plumes will be given out upon your arrival at Willman and collected immediately after the pictures).
Under your uniform, wear cool and comfortable clothes that cannot be seen while your uniform is on. We will take off our uniforms after the pictures, place them back in their garment bags then rehearse for the remaining time we have at Willman.
How do I order pictures? A link for ordering pictures will be sent to the parent/guardian email that is currently on file in PowerSchool. If you would like to order pictures, click on the link and select the photos then pay online.
If I am not ordering pictures, am I still getting my photo taken? Yes - we would like for all members of the TMB to have their picture taken with their section and in the Block O formation if possible.
I'm a senior... what do I do again?
Get your individual photo taken with boosters (Mrs. Shattuck usually). This is for all things senior related and is required.
Participate in the Block O and Section pictures with everyone else.
IF you would like to purchase an individual photo, get your photo taken with Alternative Photography at one of the appropriate times above at the same time as the rest of the band members.
